back in the day I was returning to EC from a two week trip to Vietnam.  With weather delays and Logan sucking ass, I had spent nearly 40 hours traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to EC.  Having locked my key in my room, I solicited EC desk for the lockout key.  The key was not to be found, even though it was signed for by the deskworker on duty two weeks previously.  I had to wait over an hour for Fix-It.  fmyEClife.
